Norwegian Cruise Line is seeking a Nautical & Safety Manager for Italy to bridge safety compliance and nautical operations across European itineraries. You will guide classifications societies, maintain essential safety drawings, and support the newbuilding process across NCL, Oceania, and Regent brands.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory acumen, and the ability to travel internationally onboard ships to safeguard fleet readiness and compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Emerging technologies.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar nautical/regulatory role.
• Ability to travel domestic and international onboard ships.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day communications with Classification Societies for drydock modifications.
• Oversee updates of safety drawings and critical safety documents.
• Support the newbuilding process across three brand groups for fleet readiness.
• Coordinate European itinerary changes and related port services.
• Monitor IMO and flag-state regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
