Job summary

Belmond's Splendido, a Belmond Hotel in Portofino, seeks a Chef de Rang for the 2027 season at Villa Beatrice. You will deliver luxury service with a team of professionals, ensuring flawless guest experiences in one of Liguria's iconic settings.

The role reports to the Villa Manager and involves coordinating a Commis de Rang, maintaining high standards, HACCP compliance, and contributing to dining operations from setup to guest departure.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest relation skills.
• Ability to adapt to a luxury hospitality environment.
• Team-oriented with a professional demeanor.
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional language a plus.
• Knowledge of HACCP hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil the operations of Food & Beverage at Villa Beatrice in line with company policies and high standards.
• Monitor guests' experience from arrival to service to departure.
• Act to enhance flawless service and anticipate guests’ needs.
• Maintain good relationships with guests and handle requests.
• Coordinate and monitor Commis de Rang assigned to them.
• Contribute to achieving the outlet's economic targets.
