Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, Portofino, seeks a Demi Chef de Partie for the Villa Beatrice team for the 2027 season. You will work under the Villa Manager, contributing to high-end dining experiences in a renowned luxury setting.

Responsibilities include prep, quality control, teamwork, and maintaining kitchen standards while adapting to seasonal needs and guest expectations. Accommodation and restaurant facilities are provided as part of the Belmond package.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the same role within a luxury environment.
• Hospitality or tourism degree preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork and guest-service focus.
• HACCP certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the preparation of dishes according to recipes and Chef suggestions.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and high quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure all dishes meet Belmond quality standards.
