Job summary

Jumeirah Capri Palace is seeking a Chef de Rang / Team Leader for the 2027 summer season. You will lead service, oversee mise en place, and maintain impeccable guest relations.

You'll attend training, coordinate with commis de rang, uphold HACCP standards, and ensure equipment is properly used and maintained to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Maintains professional and ethical relationships with guests, suppliers and colleagues.
• Oversees the mise en place.
• Attends weekly training sessions.
• Anticipates guests’ needs, taking extreme care of details and customer service as well as coordinating commis de rang.
• Cooperates with every colleague and is involved in team-work.
• Supports colleagues in maintaining the inventory in compliance with the defined procedures.
• Ensures compliance with all the HACCP system rules.
• Checks the correct use and upkeeps of all equipment and materials supplied.
• Implements all the information shared during training.
