Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, in Portofino, seeks a Chef de Partie to join our culinary team for the 2027 season. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, with strong cooking skills and a commitment to exceptional service in a luxury environment.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will prepare meals, uphold HACCP standards, and coordinate Demi and Commis de Partie assignments while contributing to memorable guest experiences at La Terrazza, Pool Grill, and Cocktail Bar.

Competenze

• Thorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipment, and raw materials processing techniques.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the same role within a luxury environment; Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred.
• Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.

Mansioni

• Meal preparation: cooking and preparing food for each service.
• Maintain safety, health and hygiene standards in all areas of the kitchen.
• Controls incoming goods and stores them in proper conditions.
• Monitors portion and waste control.
• Performs all duties assigned by the Chef and/or Executive Chef.
• Coordinate and monitor all Demi and Commis de partie assigned to him/her.
