Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience as Demi Chef de Partie in a luxury environment.
• Effective communication, emotional intelligence and adaptability are essential.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration within a high-end kitchen.
• Tourism or Hospitality degree is preferred; HACCP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of dishes according to recipes and Chef guidance.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
• Monitor and maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure dishes leaving the kitchen meet quality standards.
