SANY Group is seeking a Junior Channel Sales Manager to support end‑to‑end dealer portfolio management and drive dealer performance across Italy. The role is a development path toward a full channel sales manager in the construction machinery market.

Based in or near Torino with 50–60% travel across Italy, you will coordinate with product, marketing and finance teams to optimize dealer operations and contribute to sales target delivery for telehandler, loader and road machinery lines.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of sales management experience, preferably in machinery or industrial equipment.
• Native Italian with fluent professional English (written & spoken).
• Valid category B driving license and willingness to travel 50–60% in Italy.

Mansioni

• Support daily dealer partner management and monitor KPI achievement.
• Visit dealers across Italy and gather market insights for internal teams.
• Assist in tender and large deal preparation, promotions, and training support.
