Ferrero is seeking a Category Activation Specialist to support the Chocolate team in translating marketing strategies into impactful in-store execution and strong brand visibility across retail channels.

You will coordinate projects with Marketing, Sales, and external agencies, manage POS materials, and help deliver on seasonal activations while developing cross-functional expertise and shopper marketing skills.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Desirable project management experience and cross-functional collaboration.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Support Category Activation Plans and in-store visibility initiatives.
• Coordinate development and production of POS materials with agencies.
• Assist in activation budget management and PO processing.
• Coordinate promotional mechanics (out-of-shelf activations, contests, coupons).
• Support forecasting and availability of POS materials and promotions.
• Contribute to seasonal activations (Halloween, Carnival) and Kinder Momenti Insieme platform.
