The role requires supervisory experience, strong math and cash-counting skills, and the ability to coordinate with department heads to resolve issues while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Competenze

• Minimum cash handling supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven customer service skills for guest interactions in a professional manner.
• Ability to count coins and currency quickly and accurately.
• Experience with basic math for reconciliations and reporting.
• Capable of supervising an international team and applying disciplinary measures as needed.
• Proficiency with common software such as Excel and Word.
