ZOLL Medical Italia Srl is seeking a Technical Support Specialist (Apprentice) to monitor ECG data, assist patients with technical issues, and coordinate with the field team for timely resolutions. The role requires native Italian and fluent English, plus a scientific degree or cardiology technician certification.

The position involves daily and after-hours support, with opportunities to develop cardiology knowledge and hands-on device handling in a fast-growing global company.

Competenze

• Native Italian speaker with fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• University degree in scientific discipline or certification as a cardiology technician.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientatio n.

Mansioni

• Daily Monitoring: Review detected arrhythmia ECG episodes, assess patient compliance, and identify cases of missing data transmission.
• Patient Support: Provide direct assistance to patients for technical issues and collaborate with Territory Managers (TMs) to ensure resolution.
• Documentation Management: Compile daily reports and document complaints related to patient calls and resolved technical issues.
• Hotline Management: Office Hours: Handle patient hotline inquiries (08:30-13:00 and 14:00-17:30).
• After Hours: Participate in nocturnal and weekend shifts on a rotational basis with other members of the Italian Technical Support Team.
• Logistics Coordination: Communicate with logistics partners, TMs, and PSRs to organize equipment exchanges.
• Device Checks: Perform general and baseline checks following new device fittings.
