Job summary

Quay Crew is seeking an experienced Captain for a private motor yacht of 35m+, based in Italy. Start ASAP with 60 days leave annually and a competitive compensation package.

The vessel sails the Mediterranean (Italy & Greece) and was built in 2024, offering a family-friendly crew environment and a supportive multinational team. We require a MCA Master 500 or higher and at least 5 years in a similar role, strong communication with owners and shore-side management, plus proven command on private

Qualifications

• MCA Master 500 as a minimum with 5+ years experience in a similar position.
• Outgoing personality with a good sense of humour preferred.
• A thorough cruising knowledge of the Mediterranean.
• Strong communication skills with owners, crew and shore-side management.
• Previous command experience on private yachts with good longevity.
