Hitachi Rail cerca un Team Leader motivato per coordinare attività di manutenzione e retrofit sui veicoli ferroviari, basato nel territorio di Bolzano e Trento. La figura gestirà risorse, documentazione e sicurezza nelle operation quotidiane.

Requisiti: 1–2 anni di esperienza, diploma superiore tecnico, italiano fluente e inglese base. Certificazione ANSF COCS 30 preferibile. Retribuzione annua lorda tra 31.000€ e 35.000€.

Qualifikationen

• La conoscenza dell’italiano è obbligatoria.
• Esperienza 1–2 anni in manutenzione, preferibilmente ferroviaria.
• Certificazione ANSF COCS 30 preferibile.
• Conoscenza di documentazione e procedure di manutenzione.

Aufgaben

• Coordinare attività di manutenzione e retrofit dei veicoli ferroviari.
• Gestire la documentazione e l’uso di strumenti e attrezzature.
• Garantire la sicurezza delle sedi di manutenzione segnalando non conformità.
• Guidare le risorse sul turno per sviluppare competenze e lavoro di squadra.

Job Description

Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated TEAM LEADER who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Bolzano e Trento - IT

Accountabilities

Coordination of service/retrofit activities related to rail vehicle maintenance, resources in the execution of Maintenance activities, with a view to continuous cost/time/quality improvement.

Managing the documentation related to ongoing maintenance, the correct flow of use of specific tools and equipment for the performance of Service activities.

Ensure the safety of maintenance locations by promoting compliance with current procedures, taking care to report any "non-conformities" to their supervisors.

Support the enhancement of skills and teamwork by leading the resources on their shift (6/7 h16).

Required Skills/Knowledge

Experience (1-2 years) in performing and managing maintenance activities, preferably gained in the railroad industry.

ANSF certifications - National Railway Safety Agency (COCS 30) - to work on train safety organs (preferred).

Education/Qualifications

High school diploma, preferably Technical Expert (Mechanical, Computer, Electronic).

Languages

Proficiency in Italian is mandatory.

Basic knowledge of English (written and spoken).

Alla posizione si applica il vigente CCNL per l’industria metalmeccanica privata e l’installazione di impianti, con inquadramento nel livello C3, ai sensi della relativa disciplina di classificazione del personale.

Proponiamo una retribuzione annua lorda compresa tra 31.000 € e 35.000 €.
