Job summary

Hitachi Rail is seeking an enthusiastic self-motivated Team Leader based in Bolzano e Trento, IT, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic.

You will coordinate service and retrofit maintenance for rail vehicles, manage documentation, promote safety, and lead shift teams to develop skills, with Italian mandatory and English basic knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience (3-5 years) in maintenance activities, preferably in railroading.
• ANSF certifications – National Railway Safety Agency (COCS 30) to work on train safety organs (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service/retrofit maintenance activities and optimize cost/time/quality.
• Manage maintenance documentation and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
• Ensure safety by enforcing procedures and reporting non-conformities.
• Lead shift resources to develop skills and teamwork.

Job Description

Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated TEAM LEADER who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Bolzano e Trento - IT

Accountabilities

Coordination of service/retrofit activities related to rail vehicle maintenance, resources in the execution of Maintenance activities, with a view to continuous cost/time/quality improvement.

Managing the documentation related to ongoing maintenance, the correct flow of use of specific tools and equipment for the performance of Service activities.

Ensure the safety of maintenance locations by promoting compliance with current procedures, taking care to report any "non-conformities" to their supervisors.

Support the enhancement of skills and teamwork by leading the resources on their shift (6/7 h16).

Required Skills/Knowledge

Experience (3-5 years) in performing and managing maintenance activities, preferably gained in the railroad industry.

ANSF certifications - National Railway Safety Agency (COCS 30) - to work on train safety organs (preferred).

Education/Qualifications

High school diploma, preferably Technical Expert (Mechanical, Computer, Electronic).

Languages

Proficiency in Italian is mandatory.

Basic knowledge of English (written and spoken).

Proponiamo una retribuzione annua lorda compresa tra 33.000 € e 38.000 €.

Alla posizione si applica il vigente CCNL per l’industria metalmeccanica privata e l’installazione di impianti, con inquadramento nel livello B1, ai sensi della relativa disciplina di classificazione del personale.
