Il ruolo è onsite in Bolzano e Trento, con responsabilità di coordinare interventi di manutenzione su veicoli ferroviari e gestione della documentazione e della sicurezza. Il candidato ideale possiede 3–5 anni di esperienza nella manutenzione ferroviaria, preferibilmente nel settore, e certificazioni ANSF (COCS 30).

Qualifications

• Esperienza (3-5 anni) in manutenzione ferroviaria.
• Certificazioni ANSF (COCS 30) per lavorare su organi di sicurezza.

Responsibilities

• Coordinare attività di manutenzione e retrofit di veicoli ferroviari, ottimizzando costi/tempi/qualità.
• Gestire la documentazione relativa alle manutenzioni e l'uso corretto di strumenti ed attrezzature.
• Garantire la sicurezza delle zone di manutenzione promuovendo conformità alle procedure.
• Guidare le risorse sul turno per potenziare competenze e teamwork.

Job Description

Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated TEAM LEADER who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Bolzano e Trento- IT.

Accountabilities

• Coordination of service/retrofit activities related to rail vehicle maintenance, resources in the execution of Maintenance activities, with a view to continuous cost/time/quality improvement.
• Managing the documentation related to ongoing maintenance, the correct flow of use of specific tools and equipment for the performance of Service activities.
• Ensure the safety of maintenance locations by promoting compliance with current procedures, taking care to report any "non-conformities" to their supervisors.
• Support the enhancement of skills and teamwork by leading the resources on their shift (6/7 h16).

Required Skills/Knowledge

• Experience (3-5 years) in performing and managing maintenance activities, preferably gained in the railroad industry.
• ANSF certifications - National Railway Safety Agency (COCS 30) - to work on train safety organs (preferred).

Education/Qualifications

High school diploma, preferably Technical Expert (Mechanical, Computer, Electronic).

Languages

• Proficiency in Italian is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of English (written and spoken).

Salary

Proponiamo una retribuzione annua lorda compresa tra 33.000 € e 38.000 €.
