Euronext Clearing is seeking a Client Services Intern to join the Client Services team in Rome. The role starts in November and reports to the Client Services Manager.

You will support the day-to-day management of operational cases and client requests, monitor incidents, and assist in preparing analyses under senior guidance. Join a European, international team and gain hands-on experience in post-trade services, testing new functionalities, and contributing to internal documentation and client

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or a related field, or currently completing the final year of your studies.
• Strong interest in financial markets and post-trade services.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good organisational skills and willingness to learn.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus.

• Supporting the Client Support team in the day-to-day management of operational cases and client requests.
• Assisting in monitoring incidents, collecting information and preparing analyses under the guidance of senior team members.
• Supporting the preparation of internal documentation, operational procedures and client communications.
• Contributing to testing activities for new functionalities and operational improvements.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing client service processes and operational efficiency.
• Learning about clearing operations, financial markets and Euronext Clearing services by working closely with the team.
