Euronext is seeking a Client Service intern in our Milan office starting in November. You will act as first point contact, assist clients with trading activities, and handle day-to-day issues by phone, email or onsite. The role involves supporting sales onboarding, maintaining client records, and collaborating with market teams to address issues.

Fluent English and strong Excel skills are essential. This internship offers a monthly gross reimbursement of 800 euro, plus restaurant vouchers and

• Master's degree in Economics/Finance, Computer or Management Engineering.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Package, Excel in particular.
• Knowledge of financial instruments and markets.

Key Responsibilities

• The resource will support the team on the following activities: Act as first point contact, support clients with day-to-day trading activities, resolving issues and configurations by phone, email or on-site as required.
