Zenith Global, now part of IQ-EQ, a leading global investor services group, is seeking an Analyst to support the analysis and reporting of securitisation transactions from the Calculation Agent perspective. The role offers exposure to multiple international markets and hands-on experience with complex reporting templates.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's in economics or quantitative discipline, be fluent in English, and demonstrate strong Excel skills, attention to

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics, or Management Engineering or related quantitative discipline.
• Good command of written and spoken English, particularly financial terminology.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data management and workflow execution.
• Proactive, dynamic, and hands-on attitude with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Prepare and issue Payment Reports, Investor Reports, ESMA Reports and other reporting under securitisation agreements.
• Develop understanding of assigned securitisation transactions and manage day-to-day activity as Calculation Agent.
• Review transaction documentation and discuss comments with counterparties and external advisers.
• Design and develop reporting templates in line with transaction documentation.
• Support the Master Servicer with periodic Servicer Reports and performance analysis.
• Perform data calculations and analysis to support other business functions.
• Liaise with domestic and international investors and rating agencies as required.
