Zenith Global, ora parte di IQ-EQ, è alla ricerca di un Business Analyst che si unisca al team Organization & Special Projects e riferisca direttamente al Head of Organization & Special Projects, contribuendo allo sviluppo della funzione.

Le responsabilità includono migliorare processi di procurement di asset IT, gestione contratti, gestione flotte e analisi di efficienza operativa, con preparazione di report periodici per monitorare le prestazioni.

Competenze

• Diploma di laurea o diploma di scuola superiore.
• Buona comprensione dei processi organizzativi e delle operazioni trasversali.
• Forti capacità analitiche ed esperienza in analisi operativa e gestione documentale.
• Competenza nelle applicazioni Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel e Outlook.
• Buona padronanza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.
• Ottima organizzazione, capacità di gestire più attività e rispettare le scadenze.
• Ottime capacità interpersonali e di comunicazione, proattività nel lavoro di squadra.

Mansioni

• Gestire e migliorare i processi aziendali relativi all’approvvigionamento di asset IT e servizi di supporto.
• Coordinare contratti di approvvigionamento e servizi, assicurando conformità a politiche interne.
• Gestire il ciclo di vita dei contratti, inclusa amministrazione documentale, scadenze e fatturazione.
• Gestire la flotta di veicoli aziendali e attività operative correlate.
• Supportare la revisione e l’implementazione di politiche, collaborando con stakeholder trasversali.
• Identificare opportunità di efficienza operativa tramite analisi dei flussi.
• Preparare report e analisi per monitorare processi e conformità.

To strengthen its Organization & Special Projects team, Zenith Global is seeking a Business Analyst who will report directly to the Head of Organization & Special Projects and contribute to the continued development of the Function and the consolidation of the key areas of responsibility outlined below.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and continuously improve business processes related to the procurement of company assets (IT equipment and telecommunications) and the delivery of support services.
• Coordinate and oversee procurement and service contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and organizational standards.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including document administration, renewal tracking, and invoice processing.
• Coordinate the management of the company vehicle fleet and related operational activities.
• Support the review, update, and implementation of company policies and procedures, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure their effectiveness and consistency.
• Identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency by analyzing operational workflows and recommending process improvements.
• Prepare regular reports and performance analyses to support process monitoring, operational effectiveness, and organizational compliance.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma.
• Solid understanding of organizational processes and cross-functional business operations.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in operational analysis and document management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple activities, and meet deadlines.
