Zenith Global, part of IQ-EQ, is seeking a Transaction Manager to join the Transaction Management Office in Italy. The role focuses on supporting securitisation transactions from mandate receipt through to issuance, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution, post-closing amendments, and audit readiness.

The candidate will require a degree in Law/Economics/Finance, solid financial services experience, and excellent English.

Competenze

• Degree in Law, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Experience in Financial Services or securitisation is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Mansioni

• Support the execution process for new securitisation transactions and gather information.
• Act as front office contact for issues before completion and liaise with external counterparties.
• Coordinate the contract signing process and monitor contract review by lawyers and internal teams.
• Manage post-closing amendments and unwinding of transactions, and participate in audits.
• Provide client management and coordinate cross-departmental activities throughout the lifecycle of the deal.
