The Manufacturing Footprint & Innovation role supports one of CNH's key strategic initiatives, Footprint Transformation , which is expected to bring significant contribution to the company results in next years. The position is responsible for supporting and coordinating manufacturing footprint projects worldwide across the Agriculture and Construction segments. Projects may include component transfers between plants, make-or-buy assessments, production scope realignments, plant resizing initiatives, as well as greenfield manufacturing investments. The role involves evaluating highly confidential business opportunities and strategic scenarios, working closely with subject matter experts across multiple functions including Manufacturing, Commercial, Platform Management, Legal, Tax, Accounting, Industrial Relations, and Human Resources. Recommendations and business cases are regularly presented to senior leadership, including the Global Leadership Team (GLT) and Board of Directors (BoD). In addition, the role supports initiatives focused on Manufacturing Automation, Artificial Intelligence applications, and Supply Chain & Manufacturing Finance transformation projects, including reporting automation, analytics enhancement, and process digitalization.
The annual salary for this role is EUR €60,000.00 - €92,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.).
