Job summary

Fastweb + Vodafone is seeking a Business Development Competence Center Cyber Security specialist for the Cyber Security Competence Center Public Agreement. The role focuses on designing cyber security services, leading bid analyses, and guiding technical responses to ensure robust security solutions.

You will support Account Teams, coordinate with multiple business lines, and contribute to continuous security improvement, with a hybrid work model in Milano and Roma.

Qualifications

• Degree in scientific fields, preferably Engineering/Informatics.
• Knowledge of IT/OT risk management methodologies and standards.
• Excellent knowledge of network security architectures and design.

Responsibilities

• Guide analysis and design of Cyber Security services as Subject Matter Expert.
• Lead analysis of technical bid specifications and draft technical responses.
• Support business development with technical contributions to complex solutions.
• Ensure Security by Design and alignment with industry standards.
• Participate in risk evaluation and incident response planning.

In qualita’ di "Business Development Competence Center Cyber Security" le tue attivita’ e responsabilita’ saranno le seguenti:

• Progettazione: guida l’analisi e progettazione di servizi e soluzioni di Cyber Security operando come Subject Matter Expert a supporto dell’Account Team.
• Bandi di gara: guida l’analisi dei capitolati tecnici di gara relativamente alle soluzioni di Cyber Security, conduce la progettazione della soluzione tecnica richiesta e redige la risposta tecnica di gara.
• Gestione complessità: supporta lo sviluppo del business, collaborando con le altre linee aziendali, dando il proprio contributo tecnico specialistico nella preparazione delle risposte tecniche; supporta direttamente il Cliente finale nella definizione degli aspetti tecnici ed organizzativi relativi alla progettazione di soluzioni complesse.
• Security by Design: assicura il supporto all’Account Team, al fine di garantire la progettazione di soluzioni Cyber Security coerenti con gli standard di settore, best practice e in linea con le esigenze progettuali definite.
• Compliance: partecipa alle iniziative di Cyber Security della Business Unit di riferimento, al fine di assicurare un continuo miglioramento del livello di protezione e la tempestiva identificazione e analisi di eventuali anomalie o minacce.
• Scouting: partecipa al monitoraggio dell’evoluzione delle minacce cyber, allo scouting tecnologico & benchmarking per le soluzioni di sicurezza innovative.

REQUISITI ESSENZIALI

• Laurea in materie scientifiche, preferibilmente in Ingegneria/Informatica.
• Conoscenza delle Metodologie e strategie IT/OT Risk management
• Conoscenza degli standard di settore: ISO famiglia 27000, 22301 e framework/best practice di settore come NIST, ITIL, CIS, SOC CMM, etc.
• Ottime conoscenze delle architetture di Network Security, progettazione e sviluppo.
• Conoscenza o esperienza nella conduzione di attività di valutazione di Cyber Security e nella definizione di piani di rimedio.
• Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza significativa nell’ambito della sicurezza delle informazioni, con competenze tecniche verticali e consolidate, capacità di comprensione delle tecnologie a supporto della sicurezza delle reti.
• Competenze nell’ambito dell’analisi e definizione di soluzioni di sicurezza informatica in ambienti architetturali complessi.
• Esperienza consolidata nell’analisi dei capitolati tecnici di gara, nella progettazione della soluzione tecnica richiesta e nella redazione della risposta tecnica.
• Esperienza nella rilevazione, classificazione e gestione di incidenti di sicurezza delle informazioni e nel comprendere l'impatto sul business per definire la strategia di risposta.
• Esperienza nella progettazione di soluzioni tecniche in base a requisiti formalizzati.
• Conoscenza in materia di protezione e gestione della riservatezza e dell’integrità del dato.
• Esperienza nella valutazione dei rischi e forte attitudine tecnica nella definizione della strategia della gestione del rischio.
• Buone capacità di coordinamento e di comunicazione.
• Ottime capacità di problem-solving.
• Capacità di Team Working e gestione delle priorità.
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta/parlata).

Retribuzione annua lorda: a partire da 38.000 eu + variabile + auto
