Mind The Value cerca un Senior Business Analyst nel ambito SAP Production Planning. Il candidato analizzerà requisiti, modellerà processi e guiderà la definizione funzionale per implementazioni internazionali S/4HANA. Si lavora a stretto contatto con process owner e utenti chiave.

Richiesta seniorità con esperienza SAP PP, conoscenza di QM/PM e inglese fluente. Contratto a tempo indeterminato, progetti internazionali e formazione continua in un contesto AI-driven.

Competenze

• 4+ anni di esperienza pratica su SAP PP
• Esperienza in implementazione SAP, rollout o migrazione S/4HANA
• Conoscenza SAP QM e/o SAP PM
• Comprensione dei processi di produzione
• Esperienza in società di consulenza o SI
• Competenza professionale in inglese

• Analizzare i requisiti aziendali e tradurli in specifiche funzionali
• Mappare i processi AS-IS e supportare l’analisi gap in SAP PP
• Configurare e supportare i processi SAP PP, con esposizione a QM e PM

The role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst in the SAP Production Planning area to gather and analyse business requirements, map processes and translate business needs into clear functional specifications on international implementation, rollout and S/4HANA projects. You will work closely with process owners and key users, supporting the solution design and delivery within defined functional streams.

What you will do

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Map AS-IS processes and support fit-gap analysis in SAP PP
• Configure and support SAP PP processes, with exposure to QM and PM
• Prepare and support workshops, testing cycles and key-user training
• Support international implementation and rollout projects
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional delivery teams

What we are looking for

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP PP
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout or S/4HANA migration projects
• Knowledge of SAP QM and/or SAP PM
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Previous experience in consulting companies or system integrators
• Professional proficiency in English

Nice to have

The following are not required but would be considered a plus:

• SAP WM/EWM and MES integration experience
• SAP S/4HANA hands-on experience
• ABAP debugging knowledge
• SAP BTP / SAP Business AI (Joule) – awareness of SAP’s clean-core and AI direction

Location & compensation

Location: Milan, Italy.

Expected salary range: € 40,000 – € 50,000 gross annual, with the final employment level and offer determined based on seniority, technical expertise, level of autonomy and responsibilities.
