Mind The Value in Milan, Italy is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in SAP Production Planning to gather requirements, map processes and translate needs into functional specs for international implementations and S/4HANA projects.

You will work with process owners, support solution design, and collaborate with delivery teams across regions. Requirements include 4+ years with SAP PP, SAP QM/PM knowledge, and strong English; exposure to rollout and AI-enabled SAP initiatives is a plus.

Competenze

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP PP
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout or S/4HANA migration projects
• Knowledge of SAP QM and/or SAP PM
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Previous experience in consulting companies or system integrators
• Professional proficiency in English

Mansioni

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Map AS-IS processes and support fit-gap analysis in SAP PP
• Configure and support SAP PP processes, with exposure to QM and PM
• Prepare and support workshops, testing cycles and key-user training
• Support international implementation and rollout projects
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional delivery teams
