CRIF Campus, Via Ca’ Masino 611 / Bologna – Fantin, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive product success through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration. The role emphasizes aligning customer needs with business strategy and market opportunities.

You will analyze production data, work with BI tools, and contribute to pre-sales activities while shaping and executing product roadmaps for digital offerings.

Competenze

• Degree in scientific (engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics, …) or economic subjects or equivalent professional experience.
• 4 to 7 years of professional experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, or related disciplines with a focus on digital products and services.
• Understanding of software architectures, APIs and integration flows for collaboration with product and technical teams.
• Good knowledge of creditworthiness assessment processes (origination, behavioural indicators, Early Warning).
• Ability to query and analyse data using BI tools (Power BI, AWS QuickSight) and basic SQL/Python for checks and investigations.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Experience shaping and executing product roadmaps and translating market opportunities into prioritized requirements.
• Proven ability to evaluate and prioritise requirements balancing market, customer, and technical constraints.
• Interest in continuous innovation to improve efficiency, scalability and sustainability of the product.

Business Analyst Senior

The position is based at CRIF Campus, Via Ca’ Masino 611 / Bologna – Fantin.

Main responsibilities

• Defining, evolving and driving the success of the product, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business strategy and market opportunities
• Analyzing production data to monitor service usage and adherence to agreed roadmaps, proactively identifying behaviours not aligned with expectations and potential opportunities for expansion.
• Ensuring continuous alignment with active clients, reference markets and internal stakeholders, gathering and translating feedback into functional requirements and product enhancements.
• Driving the ongoing evolution of the analytical component, monitoring competitors to ensure an innovative yet sustainable approach over time.
• Supporting pre‑sales activities, managing all analytics‑related aspects such as RFP/RFI responses, contributions to contract drafting, and participation in pre‑sales meetings.

Requirements

• Degree in scientific (engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics, …) or economic subjects or equivalent professional experience.
• 4 to 7 years of professional experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, or related disciplines, with a strong focus on digital products and services.
• Understanding of software architectures, APIs and integration flows, enabling effective collaboration with product and technical teams
• Good knowledge of creditworthiness assessment processes (origination, behavioural indicators, Early Warning).
• Ability to query and analyse data using Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, AWS QuickSight*) and basic SQL/Python for checks and drill‑down investigations.
• A data‑driven and analytical mindset, combined with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in shaping and executing product roadmaps, translating market opportunities, customer feedback and business objectives into prioritized requirements and impactful product initiatives.
• Proven ability to evaluate and prioritise requirements, effectively balancing market opportunities, customer expectations and technical constraints.
• Strong interest in continuous innovation, with the ability to propose methodological solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability and long term sustainability of the product.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including in cross functional contexts.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the Italian language at a mother tongue level.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Knowledge of French is considered a plus.

What we offer

• The Annual Salary for this position starts from € 32.000 gross per year.
• The level of classification will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector.
• The final compensation package, including any variable components (such as MBO) or additional benefits, will depend on the assessment of the candidate’s profile against the role requirements.
