CRIF is seeking a Process Quality Consultant to implement QA standards, processes, tools and metrics across Global Technologies. You will coach IT teams in Cloud, AI, and Agile practices, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering high-quality products and services.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and B2 English; ITIL and PMP/CAPM certifications are valued.
Empowering the evolution of Global Technologies by defining and enhancing GT processes, facilitating their implementation and verifying compliance with audits, checking and validating the quality of deliverables, maintaining a data-driven approach through KPI monitoring and driving continuous improvement of the skills of GT people.
To be part of the team that implements Quality Assurance organizational standards, processes, tools, metrics and methodologies to ensure that Global Technologies has the right mix of methodologies, tools, and skills to be CRIF's business partner, delivering quality products and services.
To be part of the team of Process Quality Consultants, which provides consultancy and facilitation for IT processes implementation (including Cloud and AI processes), as well as coaching agile teams in implementing the Agile methodology.

Type of contract: permanent
The Annual Salary for this position starts from €32.000 gross per year.
The level of classification will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector.
The final compensation package, including any variable components (such as MBO) or additional benefits, will depend on the assessment of the candidate’s profile against the role requirements.
