CRIF Campus, Bologna – Fantin, cerca un Senior Business Analyst per guidare la definizione e lo sviluppo del prodotto, allineando innovazione e necessità dei clienti. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con team di Prodotto, Marketing e IT per tradurre requisiti in soluzioni concrete.

Il candidato ideale possiede esperienza in analisi di dati, BI e processamento di requisiti; fluente in inglese, conoscenza italiana a livello madrelingua e una propensione all’innovazione continua.

Competenze

• Laurea in discipline scientifiche o economiche o esperienza equivalente.
• 4–7 anni di esperienza in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting o ruoli affini.
• Conoscenza di architetture software, API e flussi di integrazione.
• Buona conoscenza dei processi di creditworthiness (origination, behavioural indicators, Early Warning).
• Capacità di interrogare e analizzare dati con strumenti BI (Power BI, AWS QuickSight) e SQL/Python di base.
• Mentalità analitica orientata ai dati, eccellenti capacità comunicative.
• Esperienza nello shaping e nell’esecuzione di roadmaps di prodotto.
• Valutazione e prioritizzazione di requisiti bilanciando opportunità di mercato e vincoli tecnici.
• Interesse per innovazione continua e soluzioni metodologiche che migliorino efficienza, scalabilità e sostenibilità a lungo termine.
• Ottime capacità di comunicazione scritta e orale, anche in contesti cross-funzionali.
• Buone capacità organizzative e gestione di più progetti contemporaneamente.
• Conoscenza della lingua italiana a livello madrelingua.
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
• La conoscenza del francese è considerata un plus.

• Definire, evolvere e guidare il successo del prodotto allineandolo alle esigenze del cliente, alla strategia di business e alle opportunità di mercato.
• Analizzare dati di produzione per monitorare l’utilizzo del servizio e l’aderenza alle roadmap, identificando opportunità di espansione.
• Garantire allineamento continuo con clienti attivi, mercati di riferimento e stakeholder interni, trasformando feedback in requisiti funzionali e miglioramenti del prodotto.

Business Analyst Senior

CRIF, a prestigious and innovative international group specializing in informational solutions, decision models, outsourcing, software, and consulting services to support banks, financial companies, insurance companies, utilities, and telecommunications companies, is seeking a Business Analyst Senior.

Main responsibilities:

• Defining, evolving and driving the success of the product, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business strategy and market opportunities
• Analyzing production data to monitor service usage and adherence to agreed roadmaps, proactively identifying behaviours not aligned with expectations and potential opportunities for expansion.
• Ensuring continuous alignment with active clients, reference markets and internal stakeholders, gathering and translating feedback into functional requirements and product enhancements.
• Driving the ongoing evolution of the analytical component, monitoring competitors to ensure an innovative yet sustainable approach over time.
• Supporting pre‑sales activities, managing all analytics‑related aspects such as RFP/RFI responses, contributions to contract drafting, and participation in pre‑sales meetings.

Requirements:

• Degree in scientific (engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics, ...) or economic subjects or equivalent professional experience.
• 4 to 7 years of professional experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, or related disciplines, with a strong focus on digital products and services.
• Understanding of software architectures, APIs and integration flows, enabling effective collaboration with product and technical teams
• Good knowledge of creditworthiness assessment processes (origination, behavioural indicators, Early Warning).
• Ability to query and analyse data using Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, AWS QuickSight*) and basic SQL/Python for checks and drill‑down investigations.
• A data-driven and analytical mindset, combined with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in shaping and executing product roadmaps, translating market opportunities, customer feedback and business objectives into prioritized requirements and impactful product initiatives.
• Proven ability to evaluate and prioritise requirements, effectively balancing market opportunities, customer expectations and technical constraints.
• Strong interest in continuous innovation, with the ability to propose methodological solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability and long term sustainability of the product.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including in cross functional contexts.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the Italian language at a mother tongue level.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Knowledge of French is considered a plus.

The position is based at CRIF Campus, Via Ca' Masino 611 / Bologna – Fantin.

What we offer:

permanent contract

The Annual Salary for this position starts from € 32.000 gross per year.

The level of classification will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector.

The final compensation package, including any variable components (such as MBO) or additional benefits, will depend on the assessment of the candidate's profile against the role requirements.
