Job summary

MEERAB GROUP is seeking a Business Analyst to join our IAM team supporting the Court in Luxembourg. This role blends on-site collaboration with remote work to deliver authentication and access management projects.

You will analyze business needs, map permissions, define migration plans, and drive onboarding, integration, and governance across IAM platforms, including AD and Red Hat IdM. Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IAM or related business analysis.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and manage stakeholders.
• Proven experience with IAM tooling and access governance.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Identity & Access Management or related business analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Red Hat Identity Manager.
• Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering and functional documentation skills.
• Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria and conduct UAT.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with EU regulatory compliance (e.g., Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2023/2841).
• Experience with Oracle WebCenter Content or similar enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of API integration and automation for IAM processes.
• Project management certifications such as PMP.
