As one of the European leaders in Risk and Wealth Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for a Business Analyst to join its Credit Digitalization and Transformation team. Main Tasks

• Conducting analysis of credit processes and gathering business requirements from banking clients
• Providing functional configuration and implementation support for our credit platform
• Preparing detailed functional documentation, including use cases and test scenarios
• Validating platform functionalities and assisting with go‑live activities
• Delivering end‑user training and providing post‑implementation support
• Collaborating closely with developers, data scientists, and UX designers to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Education and Experience

• Master’s degree in economics, informatics, or engineering disciplines with excellent grades
• Strong interest in leveraging technology to drive innovation in the financial sector
• Fluency in English (at least B2); knowledge of other languages is appreciated
• Thorough knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Data management and query tools knowledge is a nice‑to‑have (e.g., SQL)
• Up to 2 years’ experience in banking processes and organization is considered a plus.
