Kia Italia in Milan, Italy is offering a Technical & Connectivity Intern position. You will participate in the tech departmental activities, access technical documentation, and undergo product training to build know-how and understand after-sales customer experience.

The role requires a degree in engineering, fluency in Italian and English, strong numerical skills, and good communication. It offers hybrid work up to two days remote and a monthly allowance starting at €750.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive, etc.).
• Italian: mother tongue or fluent
• English: fluent, spoken and written
• Good numbers literacy and understanding
• MS-office proficient
• Good communication and listening skills
• Goal-oriented approach
• Team working, communication, reliability and organizational skills with curious attitude

Mansioni

• Identify critical repairs and elevate to Technical Support Team with detailed case data.
• Cooperate with After Sales team, and participate in technical team meetings.
• Produce analyses about technical more frequent issues.
• Collect documentation useful to produce quality improvement reports.
• Provide support for Kia Diagnosis tester.
• Manage Kia Connect System issues.
• Provide support to tech team in managing technical Dealers requests, by consulting technical documentation.
