Generali Italia SpA is seeking a proactive intern to support the Budgeting and Commercial Control office in Milan. You will assist in daily/weekly/monthly performance reporting for Top Management and network structures, and collaborate on budget, forecast, and incentive system development.

You will analyze network performance and budget variances, helping identify corrective actions and working with Planning & Control and Accounting to close books and prepare financial statements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and team-oriented mindset.
• Accuracy, reliability and results-oriented approach.

Responsabilités

• Generate reports on business performance daily, weekly and monthly for Top Management and network structures.
• Collaborate in budget and forecast activities.
• Analyze network structures performance, budget variances and suggest corrective actions.
• Assist in developing incentive systems for the sales network aligned with budget and policies.
• Coordinate with Planning and Control and Accounting for closures to prepare financial statements.
