Job summary

Aims International Italia Società Benefit is seeking a Business Unit Director to lead the division, drive profitable growth, and transition to a scalable, digitally enabled organization. You will oversee P&L, operations, and strategic alignment with the international group, ensuring transformation and performance excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on execution, and a substantial on-site presence in a dynamic industrial environment.

Qualifications

Relevant University Degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Hands-on experience leading and scaling manufacturing operations with P&L responsibility.
Experience with digital transformation in operations, e.g., ERP/MRP implementation and KPI frameworks.
Strong supply chain and inventory management skills, including working-capital optimization.
Background in lean and operational excellence methods.
Proven ability to improve profitability through operational performance.

Responsibilities

Hold overall accountability for site performance and ensure alignment among Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and support functions.
Scale production, supply chain, planning, engineering, and quality to support growth while improving cost and delivery performance.
Lead the digitalization of operations, including planning, production control, and inventory management.
Drive ERP/MRP and BI tool usage to support timely, fact-based decisions.
Build a lean, continuous-improvement culture with disciplined execution.
