Overview

The Davines Group, founded in Parma in 1983, specializes in professional cosmetic products under the brands Davines for haircare and [ comfort zone ] for skincare. Led by Chairman Davide Bollati and CEO Anthony Molet, the Group is headquartered in Parma at the Davines Group Village, alongside which stand the Scientific Garden and EROC - European Regenerative Organic Center - a research center focusing on regenerative organic agriculture stemming from a partnership with the Rodale Institute. JOB MISSION

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Marketing Department, while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability.

As our Brand Strategy Specialist, you will nurture and protect Davines brand reputation and distinctiveness through impactful, value-driven initiatives. Working closely with creative, communication, sustainability, and global business teams, you’ll ensure our brand is consistently and authentically positioned, creating positive and lasting value for all our stakeholders.

What You Do
  • To keep the brand’s purpose, positioning, and value proposition always up to date, ensuring it reflects our evolving identity.
  • To contribute to the evolution of the Davines brand by identifying and integrating the most relevant trends in culture, technology, and design, as well as shifts in consumer behavior, into our brand strategy.
  • To coordinate the execution of actions agreed during Master Brand Board by leading and orchestrating the different function involved (Creative Department, Communication, CS&P, Sustainability Teams; etc.).
  • To ensure the constant update and availability of the key tools (Davines Brand Manual, Davines Brand Manifesto, etc.) needed for to establish clear brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • To ensure the excellence in the creation and deployment of the Davines Brand related contents including the realization of the key Davines Brand communication campaigns lead by Marketing;
  • To oversee the development of in-salon communication initiatives to “own the salon” (posters, brochures, and other merchandising materials related to the Davines Brand).
  • To take care of the realization of other Davines Brand communication materials, coordinating the contribution of the Categories.
  • To ensure the outstanding implementation of the Davines retail concept, including in-store communication, by coordinating internal and external key contributors.
  • To contribute to Davines Brand education by preparing effective materials (presentations, videos, brochures, etc.) and ensuring their correct delivery during main events.
  • To support the monitoring of brand performance—tracking equity, awareness, perception, and more—using appropriate tools (e.g., brand tracking studies, net promoter score, social listening).
