Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, Industrial Design, Product Design, or an equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development in sporting goods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and consumer trend analyses to identify opportunities.
• Define the product plan aligning with brand and business strategy.
• Support international manufacturing sites in local market plans.
