Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Milano is offering a Trade Marketing Strategic Planning Internship to support in-store visibility for frames and lenses across regions. You will contribute to market analyses, reporting development, and cross‑functional collaboration with Local Trade Marketing, POP Supply Chain, Brand Management, and external partners.

The role requires a university degree in related fields, English fluency, strong Excel/PPT skills, and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• University degree in Management Engineering / Marketing / Economics.
• Experience preferred or recently graduated in a Master’s level degree study.
• Fluency in English.
• Analytical skills and mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Remote working is comfortable.
• Interest in luxury/fashion brands and trend awareness.
• Passionate about Marketing and Trade Marketing.
• Team player, methodic, precise, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience abroad is a plus.

Responsibilities

• REPORTING: Global Trade Marketing monitoring system development and updating, to track KPIs and evidence of key projects (Budget & Planning Accuracy) and POP materials flow.
• MANAGING THE COMMUNICATION FLOW WITH CORPORATE TEAMS AND MARKETS: support trade marketing managers in collecting and sending updates, weekly newsletter, contact lists, calendars and deadlines.
• GLOBAL TOUCHBASES MANAGEMENT: support Regional manager in quarterly/semester activities, trade marketing presentations, trainings, and market reports coordination.
• ANALYSIS: ad-hoc analyses (Excel) using internal systems, sales and brand data.
• HIGH VISIBILITY PROJECT: assist Project leader in daily tasks and coordination with stakeholders (markets, VM team, agencies).
