Job summary

Boggi Milano is seeking a Brand Manager for its Milan office to lead the brand's development and growth. You will drive the brand identity across all touchpoints, align with strategic objectives, and collaborate with Marketing, Design and Merchandising teams to ensure consistent, high-impact communication.

You will oversee brand initiatives, partnerships, and annual marketing planning, while monitoring performance and reporting insights to the Chief Marketing, Merchandising & Construction

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Brand Strategy focusing on positioning and messaging.
• Analyse market dynamics and competitor activity to find growth opportunities.
• Identify partnerships and collaborations consistent with Boggi's positioning.
• Coordinate annual Marketing Plan with Marketing team and agencies.
• Ensure consistent Brand representation across stores and consumer touchpoints.
• Monitor Brand KPIs and report performance to C-Level.
