Golden Goose Group in Rome Rinascente Tritone is seeking a Corner Coordinator to lead our in-store team and drive customer experience. You will manage commercial targets, ensure brand standards, and coordinate with mall stakeholders to keep the corner competitive.

As a hands-on leader, you will train staff, implement selling ceremonies, and foster a culture of curiosity and honesty while delivering personalized service to every customer.

Competenze

• Experience in retail or luxury brand environment is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement action plans.
• Collaborative mindset with department stores and brand partners.

Mansioni

• Lead the corner to achieve commercial targets and monitor KPIs.
• Guide and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Oversee selling ceremonies, upsell/cross-sell, and pricing insights.
• Build brand ambassador relationships with shopping centers and brand reps.
• Ensure store presentation, training on GG collections, and staff onboarding.
