The Prada Group is seeking an Events Assistant to join the Image Events team in Milan, supporting planning, coordination and execution of brand activations worldwide. You will contribute to a dynamic, international environment and help drive the brand’s presence across projects.

Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, preparing presentations, coordinating agencies, managing guest management and translations, and maintaining project files and calendars to ensure smooth event

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).

Mansioni

• Supporting the day-to-day organization and coordination of events and brand activations.
• Assisting with administrative activities related to event management, including POs, invoice tracking, supplier onboarding and archive management.
• Supporting the preparation of presentations, reports and project documentation.
• Assisting in the coordination of agencies, suppliers and external partners.
• Supporting guest management and event logistics when required.
• Coordinating translations and managing internal documentation and graphic archives.
• Maintaining and updating team tools, including event calendars, budget trackers and project files.
• Assisting in the organization of meetings and cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholders.
