• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient with digital tools, POS systems, and retail management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, driving performance excellence.
• Oversee inventory, shipments and daily reporting.
• Ensure operational excellence, stock accuracy and compliance with company policies.
