Euronext is seeking an Equity Listing Intern in Milan, starting in November 2026, to join the Listing and Corporate Actions team. You will support listing and corporate actions on equities and ETP products across European markets, following established procedures.

The role requires a degree in Economics, Finance, or Statistics (completed or in progress), strong English, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and solid analytical and teamwork skills.

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Banking and Finance, Economics of Markets and Financial Intermediaries or Statistics (completed or in progress).
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (Office proficiency).
• Strong analytical abilities and basic statistics knowledge.
• Team oriented with research and deadline-driven work ethic.

• Supporting listing and corporate actions on equities listed on Euronext GEM Market and EuroTLX-Equity, following established listing and corporate actions procedures
• Assisting with listing and corporate actions on ETP products on Euronext markets, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures
• Collaborating with team members to ensure the smooth execution of listing activities and corporate actions
• Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making and process improvements
• Preparing and maintaining documentation and reports related to listing and corporate actions

Your profile:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Banking and Finance, Economics of Markets and Financial Intermediaries or Statistics (completed or in progress)
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Experience using Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical skills and basic knowledge of statistics
• Strong team working and research skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

The Listing and Corporate Actions team manages listing activities and corporate actions for equities on Borsa Italiana MTFs (Euronext GEM, EuroTLX-Equity, Mercato TAH) and for ETPs on Euronext markets. We ensure the integrity and efficiency of listing processes and support issuers throughout their journey on our markets.
