Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in fintech/paytech or consumer-focused scaleups.
• Experience with regulated products (payments, lending, investing, insurance) or complex tech/operations.
• Proven track record of building and scaling consumer or B2B financial products.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end roadmap for your product area with data-driven sizing and shipped features.
• Navigate regulatory and technical complexity while keeping user experience simple.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and risk teams as needed.
• Conduct user research and turn findings into concrete product decisions.
• Define specs and work with design/engineering to ship and iterate based on data.
