Jobtailor is seeking a Product Manager to lead BNPL credit features from 0 to 1 and manage their scaling phase within the Satispay ecosystem in Italy. You will own the Credit business line within Features & Payment, focus on UX and customer-facing credit tools, align priorities with Finance, Marketing, Data Science and Fincrime, and translate insights into user stories and requirements for Engineering.

Competenze

3+ years as a Product Manager specifically within the Credit domain.
Proven experience launching products from scratch and scaling through growth phases.
Strong understanding of credit scoring, collection management, and financial mechanics.
Professional fluency in English.
Collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, BI, Finance).

Mansioni

Drive the strategy and execution for BNPL products from 0 to 1 and scale.
Own the Credit business line within the Features & Payment domain.
Focus on the UX and customer-facing side of credit, ensuring financial tools are intuitive, transparent, and integrated into Satispay.
Align priorities across Finance, Marketing, Data Science, and Fincrime/Fraud around a shared product vision.
Write user stories and requirements for Engineering, aligning frontend experiences with backend logic such as credit scoring and collection.
Analyze product usage and performance metrics to optimize credit features and uncover new market opportunities.
Advocate for thorough documentation and efficient workflows.
Help the team anticipate obstacles and ensure smooth product delivery.
