Satispay is seeking a Product Manager - Credit to lead the BNPL and credit initiatives across the Features & Payment domain. You will own the credit business line, drive strategic growth, and collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Data Science, and Fincrime to deliver customer-centric financial products at scale.

You will focus on a user-friendly experience, robust credit scoring, and data-driven optimization while mentoring teams and documenting requirements for engineering and product delivery.

Competenze

• 3+ years as a Product Manager specifically within the Credit domain.
• Proven experience launching products from scratch and scaling them through growth phases.
• Strong understanding of credit scoring, collection management, and financial mechanics.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of the Credit product line and BNPL initiatives.
• Drive strategy and execution for BNPL features from concept to scale.
• Ensure UX and customer-facing credit tools are intuitive and transparent.
• Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, Data Science, and Fincrime/Fraud to align priorities.
• Write clear user stories and requirements for Engineering and UX.
• Analyze product usage to optimize credit features and identify opportunities.
• Advocate for robust documentation and efficient workflows.
