Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Controls to lead installation projects, manage budgets, schedules, and resources while maintaining strong customer relations. The role requires coordinating milestones, analyzing variations to contracts, and delivering periodic project reports.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Engineering, includes at least 3 years of PM experience, and is fluent in English. Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad is required.

• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Ability to a flexible work and to adapt to changing work schedules.
• Availability to frequent travels in Italy and abroad on board.
• Familiarity with IT tools, IT applications, networks including switch configuration.

What you will do

We are looking for a Project Manager Controls able to manage the projects under the own responsibility in terms of budget, planning, resources. The ideal candidate will maintain relations with the customer, evaluate any variation to the contracts and produce periodical reports in order to show the project trends to his responsible.

We offer

• The initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of €40.900 – €56.200 per year. The final package will reflect your experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role. The overall compensation package may include variable components and additional company benefits, which will be discussed during the selection process. We are committed to fair, equitable, and gender-neutral pay practices. The applicable collective agreement:Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro Industria Metalmeccanica e della Installazione di Impianti.
