Experteer Italy is seeking a GMP QC lab professional to join our mRNA-focused team in a fast-moving biotech environment. You will perform analyses on incoming, in-process, and release samples, ensure GMP and SOP compliance, and support instrument calibration and documentation.

The role operates on a two-shift system (1st/2nd), Monday–Friday with occasional flexibility to meet business needs, and requires English and Italian proficiency.

Competenze

• GMP QC lab experience required.
• Degree in Biotechnology/CTF or equivalent.
• Proficiency in biotech/biochemical analyses (PCR/qPCR, sequencing, ELISA, SDS-PAGE).
• English and Italian professional knowledge.

Mansioni

• Perform GMP-compliant analysis on incoming, in-process, and release samples for mRNA manufacturing processes.
• Implement and manage documentation (protocols, reports, methods) per GMP/SOPs/guidelines.
• Support instrument calibration according to SOPs and protocols.

In this role you will join the GMP QC lab focused on mRNA processes, performing analyses on samples and ensuring compliance with GMP and SOPs. You will support instrument calibration and documentation, contributing to quality control in a fast-moving biotech environment. The position is on a two-shift system (1st/2nd) with Monday–Friday work and occasional flexibility to meet business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold product quality. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to critical biopharma workflows.

• Perform GMP-compliant analysis on incoming, in-process, and release samples for mRNA manufacturing processes
• Implement and manage documentation (protocols, reports, methods) per GMP/SOPs/guidelines
• Support instrument calibration according to SOPs and protocols
• Degree in Biotechnology / CTF or other Scientific field
• Previous laboratory experience
• GMP QC lab experience is a plus
• Proficiency in biotech/biochemical analyses (PCR/qPCR, sequencing, ELISA, SDS-PAGE)
• Experience with HPLC and CGE is a plus
• English and Italian professional knowledge
