Zusammenfassung

Sentinel Diagnostics in Italy is seeking a Project Manager Biotechnology to lead development and industrialization initiatives for In Vitro Diagnostics. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and monitoring complex projects across cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

You will draft scopes, maintain detailed plans, manage risks, and communicate milestones to stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or a related scientific discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar Project Management role within the IVD industry or biotech/biomedical services.
• Solid knowledge of Waterfall project management methodologies; familiarity with Agile/Hybrid is a plus.
• Knowledge of IVD and Medical Device regulations and standards.
• Technical background in Molecular Biology, Clinical Chemistry, Immunochemistry, or Mass Spectrometry is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English and advanced MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) plus Visio and MS Project or Smartsheet.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to collaborate across organizational levels.

• Draft project scope, objectives, deliverables and overall background.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans for scope, timeline and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and support resource allocation.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues.
• Communicate status, milestones and challenges to stakeholders.
• Organize meetings, document decisions and action items, prepare reports and trackers.
• Promote best practices and support adoption of new PM methodologies and tools.
