Job summary

Novonesis seeks a high-impact Technical Service professional to translate scientific insights into customer value across Europe. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Application Research to support biosolutions in animal-based ingredients with marine focus.

You will lead customer trials, communicate results, and contribute to the launch of innovative products while maintaining strong technical credibility and partnerships across the region.

Qualifications

• University degree in chemical or process engineering.
• Experience with process design and optimization of raw materials and side-streams from the food and marine industries.
• Strong experimental design and data analysis capabilities to derive actionable conclusions.
• Strong customer orientation with a strategic, commercial mindset to identify opportunities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for customer meetings and trials.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to engage customers and prospects, inspire testing, and uncover new business needs.
• Plan and lead technical activities (customer trials, evaluations, onsite troubleshooting) to support sales opportunities.
• Contribute to launch and support of innovative products with Application Research, Sales, and Marketing.
• Drive structured experimentation, data analysis, and technical documentation to support decisions.
• Deliver technical training and presentations internally and externally.
