Sandoz Italia is seeking an Area Manager to drive sales operations in the Biosimilar & Hospital organization. You will lead a high-performing team, execute strategic and tactical plans, and manage relationships with key accounts across multiple regions from Roma assigned territory.

You’ll oversee resource allocation and reporting, ensuring compliance with policies while coaching product specialists. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with prior leadership in similar roles preferred.
