Sandoz Italia is seeking an Area Manager to drive sales and strategic execution across assigned territories in Italy. You will lead Product Specialists, develop business plans, and manage key accounts while coordinating with senior management to align with corporate standards.

The role supports hybrid work in Roma-based territories with a strong focus on biosimilars, hospital tenders, and cross-functional collaboration. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Competenze

• Italian and English fluent.
• Previous experience in brands’ strategic and tactical planning.
• Able to understand the dynamics of the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Goal oriented with highly effective communication skills.
• Preferred: experience within Biosimilar sector, hospital and tender system.
• Preferred: previous experience as Area Manager or People Manager.
