Athens Services is seeking a Bin Washer to maintain cleanliness and scrape bins brought in for maintenance. You will handle heavy scraping and washing of dumpster containers and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager. The role requires overtime and weekend work as needed.

The position calls for a High School Diploma or GED, 1-3 years of related experience, and the ability to meet physical demands. Forklift certification is a plus and weekend availability is expected.

Summary

The Bin Washer will be personally responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and scraping bins that are being brought in for maintenance. The Bin Washer will be responsible for other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Manager. The Bin Washer position will require to work overtime and weekend as needed.

Job Description

• Performs heavy scraping of the interior and exterior of light and heavy duty dumpster containers.


• Performs washing of the interior and exterior of light and heavy duty dumpster containers.


• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.


• 1-3 years of related experience


• Consistently behaves in a manner that is appropriate and professional.


• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.


• Ability to work long hours and available to work on weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual English / Spanish.


• Forklift certified.

Hours:

4AM - 2:30PM (based on business needs)

Monday - Friday, every other Saturday based on business needs

Salary: $21.22 per hour
