Dentons in Milan is seeking a Billing Assistant to support our Finance Department. You will manage the full billing cycle for assigned partners, prepare invoices, monitor receivables, and ensure accuracy of customer master data. A one-year temporary contract with extension potential awaits.

Ideal candidates will have law-firm billing experience, strong Excel skills, English proficiency, and meticulous attention to detail with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Competenze

• Proven experience as Billing Assistant within a law firm.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel).
• Knowledge of 3E software is an asset.
• Proficiency in English.
• High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Manage the full billing cycle for specific assigned partners.
• Issue timely and accurate invoices and e-invoices.
• Provide solutions to invoicing-related problems.
